5two5 consists of a group of friends who met in middle school and high school. Five friends who come from similar backgrounds in the MIDWEST region (Chicago, Gary). Officially started back in 2005, the members include; Tim Turner, who serves as Founder/CEO, is from Gary, IN and has an ear for the young, talented, and the overlooked. TEZ BUCK$ who serves as Pres./Artist is from Chicago, IL and brings a lyrical but also hype format to the craft. His influences range from Lauryn Hill to Pimp C. Then we have Nonsense Tha Beast; Sense has been heating up the features scene around Gary, IN for several years now. He is also from Chi-town and he brings a sometimes fast paced lyrical but catchy flow to records he has been featured on. He is among the elite coming out of the middle of the map. Then we have MARCO; from Gary ,IN… known for harsh delivery and realistic content. He is also a writer of R&B with his group mate TEZ BUCK$ who together form the duo DMC. Lastly We have C-KILLA, a starting member of 5two5. Isaiah C-KILLA Snowton was featured on the bonus track of the first official 5two5 Release (Overnight Come-Up Vol. 1/ Dec 15, 2009) Sadly he passed before the release of it. He is still a fundamental part in the success of the members personally and professionally. All in all 5two5 is a group of talented artists with a common love of blues, jazz, soul, and all the components that make up real HIP HOP.
